game addiction

I just looked at a website about video game addiction. It was saying stuff about people who play video games everyday. Some 21 year old committed suicide in front of his computer screen. Idk why he killed himself but i think it was over video games. I never have time to play video games anymore cause i am always out partying. I play them every once in awhile. I don't think you can get addicted to video games. Video games are fun but it ain't really addictive. It is really hard to get addicted to stuff. The only reason you get addicted to things is because you tell youself that you need it so you actually do need it. But if you were to tell yourself that you don't need it and don't change your mind then you won't need it. I think that people just need to stop thinking that you can get addicted to stuff. all you gotta do is not think that you need it and you won't want it.
